When: February 15-23, 2024
Where: Final Forms on the Bristol Local Schools Website.
PLEASE do NOT upload required documents to the website
Bristol Elementary Office will be available to assist you with online registration in Final Forms and make the copies of the required documents on:
OFFICE DAYS/TIMES:
February 15, 2024 from 2:30-7:30 during Parent-Teacher Conference’s
February 20-23, 2024 from 10:00-2:00
REQUIRED Documents are:
*Birth Certificate
*Social Security Card
*Immunization Record
*+Two (2) valid proofs of residency:
Examples include: drivers license, utility bill, tax bill, mortgage
statement, lease agreement.
*Custody Papers, if applicable. Court documents have to be the complete official court document with the court date and time stamp and signed by the judge.
** IMPORTANT!! AGE CRITERIA HAS CHANGED!! Children should be 5 YEARS OLD by AUGUST 1, 2024.
Kindergarten cutoff is now 5 years old by August 1st
If your child is presently attending Head-Start or the Trumbull ESC Preschool Unit at Bristol Elementary you will still need to register your child..
